Duties/Responsibilities
Provide behavior-analytic services
Provide supervision to BTs/RBTs
Conduct regular parent training sessions
Conduct assessments and reassessments
Conduct treatment planning sessions
Coordinate care with primary care physicians & other professionals
Manage own schedule and caseload
Requirements
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) per state requirements (if applicable)
Completion of BCBA supervision training
1+ years’ experience working with children with developmental disabilities
To complete the physical demands of the job (frequent sitting and standing, sitting on and getting up from the floor, kneeling, bending, and running with children) you must be able to: Stand and move for at least 75% of the day; lift, push, pull up to 40 pounds
