This role will report to their VP of Finance and help build out and grow the FP&A division. They are publicly traded and looking at exponential growth over the next few years.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:As the Director of FP&A, you will build and maintain detailed financial models to inform and maximize ROI, aligning with business strategies.Help drive growth within the gaming and esports world through robust financial planning and analysis.Collaborate closely with senior executives and stakeholders, providing financial insights and recommendations that directly impact product and business decisions.Develop and present clear, data-driven narratives for the executive team, Board of Directors, and investors.Establish, monitor, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and unit economics to assess business health.Prepare multi-year and long-range strategic planning models, analyzing macro trends and growth drivers across operations.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
