The annual salary range for this position is

$120,000 and goes up to $160,000 , based on what we are asking you to do, and your qualifications. We also offer a competitive benefits package and have fringe benefits offered throughout the year. The benefits package value ranges from $13,000 for a single employee, and up to $28,000 for an employee and their family. Senior Systems Engineer . This exciting position will have the chance to work on system of systems design and development to modify and improve functionality within Naval Undersea Systems.What does this mean to you?

We are seeking expertise in

systems engineering

with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering (Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, Security). A minimum of five years of specific

experience with system of systems design and development is required . The candidate must have a Secret-level security clearance at a minimum, with some tasks requiring a Top Secret-level security clearance and access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).Specific duties include supporting the

decomposition and allocation of top-level requirements to lower-level requirement documents , delivering cutting-edge solutions to our customer’s most challenging problems, and ensuring program requirements are clearly defined and

customer expectations are being met . The candidate will also automate engineering development within the Naval Undersea Division by utilizing MBSE to modernize capabilities for the Navy’s Undersea Systems.Desired skills include experience with

Agile management

and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence), experience with model-based systems engineering tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler, MagicDraw, and Enterprise Architect, and knowledge of IT infrastructure, data communication, network systems, TCP/IP, the OSI model, and routing protocols. Certifications such as OMG-Certified SysML Professional (OCSMP) and Security+ are highly desirable.Quick Reminder:

For this opportunity, we are seeking a highly motivated, technology-focused, team-oriented Reliability, Maintainability, and Availability (RMA) Engineer to join our team. Join an exciting team in the Government Space Systems Program as a Senior RMA Engineer, where you'll be at the forefront of ensuring the Bounty Hunter System's operational success.The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of specialized experience in DoD Supply, Logistics, or Engineering, with at least 3 years focused on reliability engineering analysis. They will also have 3+ years of expertise in data analysis techniques such as Statistical Process Control, Reliability Modeling and Prediction, and Six Sigma (6σ) Methodology. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, Math, or Science—preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Environmental Science, or Occupational Health and Safety—is required.Lastly, as we are working for the DoD, the candidate must already possess an active
