Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney: 4th-6th year

Cooley LLP has opportunities available for attorneys with 4-6 years of experience with mergers and acquisitions. Ideal candidates will have strong M&A skills, including experience with:Drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary documentsManaging deal process and client relationshipsSupervising junior associatesHandling day-to-day demands and work flow requirements on a variety of M&A related matters for clients with sophisticated needsHigh level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school required. EOE.The expected annual pay range for this position is $310,000 - $390,000.
