Nellis AFB, NV · Full timeIntegrity ISR, LLC is seeking intelligence professionals who possess recent experience in Unit Level Intelligence (ULI) career fields. Candidates will be responsible for the development and instruction of Advanced Contingency Intelligence Network (CIN) concepts and analytical tradecraft standards to USAF customers.ESSENTIAL DUTIESDeliver pre-mission briefings and academic testing at the close of training events.Prepare students and classrooms for learning.Counsel, guide, lead, and mentor students as assigned.Foster an active learning environment by leading guided discussions and appraising student assignments.Evaluate students' mastery of desired learning objectives.Assemble student performance data for analysis and submit course completion reports.Develop and/or revise curriculum with a team.REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCECandidate must possess 15 years of USAF operational experience; 5 years of providing intelligence support to one of the following communities: Air Operations Center (AOC), Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) unit level Intelligence (ULI) aviation operations [Preferred], a portion occurring within the last 5 years.Minimum of 15 years’ experience related to the primary responsibilities outlined above, with at least a portion of the experience within the last two years.Master's degree or Bachelor's Degree plus 20 years of operational experience.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSMust be a U.S. citizen with current TS/SCI and SAP/STO security clearance. Access to JWICS (+PKIs), SIPR (+token), NIPR.Current and relevant knowledge of NDS priority threat nations’ capabilities and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures.Comfortable managing/building syllabi and executing lessons, scenarios, and CAPSTONE events.Experienced/knowledgeable in Mission planning ops Meetings and due-outs (DIM/MAM/GPDM/GPAWM/Coord/Breakouts) / Intel Team Lead & ISR Team Lead Roles.Knowledge of intelligence collection processes.Experience with Combat Employment, Air Expeditionary Units, Contingency Response Groups, or similar.Knowledge of GEOINT, SIGINT, Fusion, Analytical Tradecraft, Targeting processes, and products.Advanced threat knowledge needed to build a cohesive, logical scenario as well as technical expertise to create accurate multi-int signatures that reflect threat and dynamic targets’ behavior.Capability to utilize current STAs required to conduct operations.Candidates must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.Candidate must be able to multitask and deliver quality products within specified timelines.Ability to work cooperatively as a lead team member in a very dynamic and demanding work environment.Ability to work independently with minimal or no oversight.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Graduate of US Air Force Weapons School, Naval Strike and Air Warfare Center, or Royal Air Force Qualified Weapons Instructor.Experience in collaborative work within ACC.Experience in Large Force Employment (LFE) exercise operations (AGILE FLAG, RED FLAG, Weapons School Integration, etc.).Candidate will be required to travel and work twelve-hour days in support of operational objectives.
