Tooling design and flow modeling. Troubleshoot issues that are raised by the customer. May be accountable for or participate in the resolution of customer complaints. May be responsible for developing a new application or product launch testing plan and procedure, data analysis, and communication of results. Requires three plus years direct, relevant experience with the ability to operate with little to no direction (travel mostly in Southeast region).Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Participate in development of new application, product launch testing plan, data analysis, and/or communication of results.Identify technical specifications required for established Avient customers.Documentation and preparation of product specifications incorporating Avient products and services into customer applications.Participates in resolution of customer complaints/issues.Education and Experience:Bachelors-Chemical Engineering or Equivalent Experience.Environmental, Health, Safety, & Security (EH&S) Requirements:Avient integrates EHS&S into all aspects of our operations. Each position at Avient is responsible for complying with all applicable EHS&S requirements. Additionally, employees and management are responsible for reporting all EHS&S incidents immediately to ensure we keep EHS&S a priority within the organization.Security includes physical security and cyber security.
