Together, let's sail towards a brighter, more sustainable future with Maersk.The opportunity:As a Customer Implementation Manager at Maersk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of our services for our valued customers. You will be responsible for managing the implementation process, from project planning to go-live, and ensuring that all customer requirements are met.Key Responsibilities:Manage the implementation process for new and existing customers, ensuring timely and successful project deliveryDevelop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and expectationsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of servicesIdentify and mitigate potential risks and issues, developing mitigation plans as neededProvide training and support to customers, ensuring they are equipped to maximize the value of our servicesWe are looking for:5+ years' experience in logistics, including international supply chain management and forwarding servicesProven project management experience and certification (PMP, ACP-PMI) preferredWillingness to travel and work on-site on a project basisExperience with new supply chain solutions, commercial engagement, and IT/EDI systemsExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsStrong project management tools proficiency (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to meet deadlines, work independently, and drive innovationCertification in project management (e.g. PMP) or a related field is a plusCompany Benefits:MedicalDentalVision401k + Company MatchEmployee Assistance ProgramPaid Time OffFlexible Work Schedules (when possible)And more!Pay Range:
