Job Summary:Raytheon is seeking a talented System Security Engineering (SSE) Anti–Tamper (AT) candidate. This individual will be responsible for AT program execution, serving as a direct interface during important reviews, briefings, and technical exchanges/demos. Communication and collaboration with the customer as well as with other engineering disciplines is required to ensure the program–level chief engineers and architectures support the program's needs. The individual will lead the analysis of AT issues that directly affect the system and will have a security-conscious approach to resolving complex programs. The successful candidate will work with the program and customer in the development of the system, providing strategic input and planning for the system, applications, architecture, and design in a dynamic, agile development environment.

What You Will Do:

Implement SSE AT solutions into RTX productsInteract with customers to define SSE AT requirements, solutions, trades, costs, implementation, system impacts, and effectivenessSupport developing plans and estimates, task execution, project tracking, reporting, and risk identification and mitigation plansPlan and guide SSE AT implementations in customer systemsConsult and assist program line management with SSE AT architectures and issuesConduct threat modeling / Critical Program Information AssessmentsDevelop top–level system requirements and flow down requirements and implementation concepts to subsystemsEnsure compliance with DoD technology release and export licensing policiesValidate secure configuration of routers, switches, firewalls, servers, operating systems, applications, and other assets using DoD approved scanning and assessment toolsWork Location:

Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and 3 years of prior relevant experience.Experience in System Security Engineering, computer technology reverse engineering, Anti Tamper, cybersecurity, or embedded securityExperience designing, implementing, testing, and fielding real–time embedded security–oriented solutions on DoD programs with secure systems technologies, methodologies, policies, and guidelinesExperience generating security requirements, design and architecture artifacts, plans, and/or policiesActive and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.The ability to obtain and maintain additional program access as requiredQualifications We Prefer:

Experience in design, development, and fielding of SSE systemsSoftware, Firmware, & Microelectronics Engineering, Cryptography, and FPGA designExperience in the implementation and business growth of SSE implementation throughout the entire life cycleAdvanced Degree in relevant engineering or business fieldsDoD Top Secret clearance with current SSBI within last 5 years desiredCyber Certifications in accordance with DoDD 8570/DoDD 8140 such as CISSP, GSLC, CEHProgram management experience with SSEBroad understanding of technology and working knowledge of DODI–S–5230.28Aircraft/weapons integration experienceStrategic planning and proposal writing skillsExceptional ingenuity, creativity, and resourcefulness.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively with coworkers, suppliers, stakeholders, and customers in a team environmentExperience contributing in a team environment for developing creative solutions to technical problemsWhat We Offer:
