The Risk Mitigation Analytics Leader (RMAL) will be an expert in Data Analysis and Integrity and be a mentor and teacher of the design and delivery of actionable analytics and reporting. In addition, the RMAL should possess skills and knowledge in interpreting data in ways that illuminate client and colleague comprehension with the overall goal of reducing Costs of Risk. The Risk Mitigation Analytics Leader will also lead and manage the day-to-day activities of a group of Risk Mitigation Analysts and be responsible for all aspects of their development including their ability to design and deliver actionable analytics to clients, prospects, and our internal colleagues. The Risk Mitigation Analytics Leader will also be expected to develop the technical and leadership skills of Risk Mitigation Analysts as well as help with the overall strategic direction of our Analytics and Marketing deliverables.POSITION SUMMARY:

The Risk Mitigation Analytics Leader (RMAL) will be an expert in Data Analysis and Integrity and be a mentor and teacher of the design and delivery of actionable analytics and reporting.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Learning and Development of Risk Mitigation Analysts and other colleagues as deemed appropriate and necessary.Manage and lead the day-to-day activities and services of Risk Mitigation Analysts.Ensure client satisfaction and acquisition by developing Analytics deliverables that are On the Vanguard in our industry.Keep abreast of current trends and advances in analytics and help with overall strategy and creation of actionable client and underwriting analytics.Present analytics to Clients and Colleagues in an effective manner that improves understanding of how to lower Costs of Risk.Develop a team of Risk Mitigation Analytics ensuring they have all the tools and skills to deliver our analytics value proposition to clients and colleagues.Prepare claim analytics that identify risk mitigation opportunities and provide solutions that create favorable client underwriting profiles.Produce and/or ensure the timely delivery of all claim analytics deliverables as defined by our stewardship agreements to clients and/or internal colleagues.Produce and organize monthly data that is used in the creation of analytical reports.Prepare and update Client Dashboards that aid Management in resource allocation.Research and report on industry trends with the goal of identifying inefficiencies in client strategies and tactics that affect their overall risk profile.Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that identify areas of strength and opportunity within a book of business and implement solutions related to Inventory Shrink.Serve as a mentor to colleagues as requested.Develop an understanding of marketing strategies and contribute to business development and renewal opportunities by attending client meetings to explain BKS’ approach to Analytics.Remain well-informed of industry trends and best practices with regards to analytics and other related deliverables.Assist and participate in Client and Firm level training and awareness programs including assessments, presentations, and other meetings that build superior experiences with our clients and colleagues.Aid in the Firm's claim intake and reporting process when deemed appropriate (hurricane, natural disaster, etc.).Research and work with vendors as necessary that align with BKS’s overall strategy of providing our clients with the best tools and technology (Origami / PRISM / Zywave).Collaborate with business partners, carrier underwriters, and colleagues to deliver exceptional service to our clients.Regularly review client risk trends and communicate those trends to clients and colleagues as appropriate.Keep up to date and within industry best practices.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Certification(s): None required; AIC/SCLA/CPCU/ARM/LPC certifications preferred.License(s): None required; None preferred.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to learn any other appropriate program or software system used by the firm as necessary, such as EPIC, BKS PRISM, Origami, Carrier Websites, Zywave, Loss Forecaster, Mod Master, Ring Central, Zoom, etc.OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge and understanding of the Spanish language, a plus.SPECIAL WORKING CONDITIONS:

Fast-paced multi-tasking environment.Occasional overnight travel as necessary depending on client needs.
