Surgical Technologist.
This is a challenging position with a surgery center that continues to grow.General Duties include but are not limited to:Sets up, stocks, and maintains supplies for the Operating Room.Cleans and cares for all equipment according to OSHA guidelines. Assists with sterilization of instruments.Assists as scrub technician in the OR. Knowledgeable of proper aseptic technique and set up/use of equipment.Assists surgeon & anesthesiologist with sterile surgical procedures.Maintains and/or reports repair needs of surgical suite equipment; monitors surgical inventory, which may include ordering supplies.Assists with patient care (i.e. moving patient throughout Pre-op/Procedure room/Recovery area).Assists RN with Embryo Transfers.Qualifications:Graduate of a formal surgical technologist program.
