is seeking a
Director Of Nursing RN ("DON" / "DNS")
for our 115-bed skilled nursing facility in
Urbandale, IA.
Sign On Bonus:
Earn up to $10k based on position/shift accepted
Buddy Bonus:
$1000 for every FT or PT nursing staff member you bring with you
Responsibilities:
Completes patient care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing and staff; follows up on work results
Establishes a positive work environment by providing support to patients and their families
Provides information to patients and health care team by answering questions and requests
Ensures that significant changes in residents' conditions are communicated to the physician and family or responsible party
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse RN with over a year of experience in nurse leadership in a long-term care setting as an ADON or DON
Must have knowledge of state and federal regulations
Experience with the geriatric population preferred
