Registered Nurse (RN) NICU Part Time

Inova Alexandria Hospital is seeking a part-time (1x12 hour shifts/week) RN for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Prior NICU RN experience is required. This is a day shift position and includes weekend and holiday shifts.
Inova Alexandria Hospital (IAH) offers a newly renovated, 16-bed, Level III NICU. Newborns who are premature or have special needs are well cared for around the clock in our centered NICU by specially trained, board-certified neonatologists as well as specialized nurses, respiratory therapists, physical therapists, and nutritionists.

Job Requirements:
A minimum of 1 year of Registered Nurse clinical experience in the acute care setting with a minimum of 1 year of NICU RN experience required.
Education:
BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
If RN has an Associates Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 5 years of start date.
BLS for Healthcare Provider certification required from American Heart Association (AHA).
RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a RN.
