Our Finance team works on revenue and margin management for all brands under Mattel and our business partners include Marketing, Finance, and Sales. The team works on projects which have a direct impact on business decisions at the company.The Opportunity:We are currently seeking a Finance Analyst to join the Pricing & Global Commercial Financial Capabilities team in El Segundo, CA to play a critical role in supporting Asia Pac pricing process working closely with Commercial Finance and Marketing teams to maximize growth and profitability. The Asia Pacific region comprises 13 markets including China, Australia & New Zealand.What Your Impact Will Be:Drive pricing process and support pricing analysis with local markets and provide business insights to drive growth and profitability.Track critical factors at SKU and brand level: sales, cost of sales, variable costs, margin and mix analysis (price & volume).Assist with analysis and presentation of financial data including pricing, margin, SKU efficiency and SKU level margins.Engage in forecast/budget cycles to provide prime cost and royalty projection with detailed analysis.Develop, maintain and manage data in various databases for financial reporting.Manage system-related enhancements and issues for business partners (i.e. PrOPs, LPT, Anaplan).Act as a key contact for a variety of APAC questions, problem resolution and ad hoc projects.What We're Looking For:BS/BA required (Finance, Accounting, Economics preferred) and 1+ years related experienceExcellent analytical, interpersonal, leadership and communication skillsAbility to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentMust be proactive, high energy, detailed/results oriented, and possess the highest ethical and accuracy standardsStrong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, etc.)The annual base salary range for this position is between $69,600.00 and $110,000.00.
