Join AZAD Technology Partners as a Business Analyst and provide business analysis and support to the Transmission Tariff, Rates, and Regulations organization within an enterprise level electric utility organization. This individual will provide support to leadership in defining and implementing strategic initiatives for business transformation efforts. This Business Analyst will assist business stakeholders and facilitate gathering and analyzing information using standard tools and approaches to clarify business operations, functions, gap analysis, document/map the current and future states, identify solution alternatives, evaluate the alternatives, and define procedures.
This is a 2 years plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is hybrid in Vancouver, Washington with onsite 1 - 2 days weekly.The hourly pay rate range for this position (which includes a health and welfare fringe benefit of $4.41) is $32.04 - $57.41 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package.
The ideal candidate must possess the minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, accounting, computer science or a related field is preferred.8 years of experience is required with an applicable bachelor's degree.10 years of experience is required with an applicable associate degree.12 years of experience is required without a degree or applicable degree.Direct work experience and knowledge of analysis and change management principles and methodologies with a solid understanding of how analytics and change management support the change process.Demonstrated experience with analysis, project and change management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.Demonstrated experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.Demonstrated experience with SharePoint and organization/structure of information records.
