Lead Software Engineer

Job DescriptionThis real estate company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join their team. They own and operate self-storage facilities that offer accessible and affordable storage spaces for both commercial and residential customers.In this role, you will take a Point of Sales system from a vendor and bring it in-house. They are currently using Ruby on Rails but are open to engineers with any coding language including Java, Python, or Golang, as they will be migrating their software to a new object-oriented programming language soon. They are looking for engineers with prior leadership experience and ideally some work with AWS or another cloud platform.This is a full-time role that requires 2-3 days in their Malvern, PA office.
