The position will contribute to all aspects of applied research & evaluation processes. If selected, you'll be part of our mission to support families and children and participate in several projects for clients from disciplines including policy development and practice, social services, early care and education, Tribal and Indigenous communities, home visiting, mental health, and/or pediatric healthcare.Responsibilities:Support clients in implementing research & evaluation activitiesSupport development of research protocols & data collection toolsAssist in developing data sets for analysesCollect, code & manage qualitative dataConduct quantitative & qualitative analysesSupport interpretation & reporting of research findingsTroubleshoot & communicate solutions to project stakeholdersSupport dissemination of research findingsConduct literature reviewsProvide administrative support including coordination of presentations, meetings & conferencesParticipate in meetings to support project activitiesKeep abreast of trends in the field by attending training to enhance quantitative/qualitative analysis skills & professional development activitiesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in

Psychology, Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Public Health, or a closely related fieldClinical Research ExperienceAbility to work well in fast-paced environments & balance the demands of working on multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong interpersonal & collaboration skillsStrong verbal & written communication skillsAttention to detail & the ability to multitaskComputer skills, especially with the Microsoft Office Suite & EXCELSolution-focused problem solving & creative thinking skillsDiscretion with sensitive material & communicationsGood work ethic & motivation to be a self-starterInterest in supporting families & their young children facing adversityStatistical ability & beginning knowledge of statistical software such as SPSS & STATA, a plusBIPOC & diverse candidates encouraged to apply!For more information visit
