8+ years of IT experience with a focus on DevOps practices and leadershipProficiency in DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform)Strong understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and managing cloud-based infrastructureKnowledge of programming languages (Python, Bash, Java) for code review and automationDemonstrated leadership skills in managing and mentoring DevOps teamsStrategic vision for integrating DevOps practices to improve efficiency and system reliabilityEducation:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; master's degree or MBA beneficialResponsibilities:

As an AVP Manager, you will lead a diverse group of professionals in adhering to engineering standards and best practices for cloud, database, middleware, and platform technologies. Be part of a team that guides operations teams, ensures SOPs are followed, and drives innovation in DevOps practices. Shape the future of technology and contribute to a collaborative work environment focused on continuous improvement.For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is [$134,800.00 - $195,550.00], depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
