Revenue Special Projects Lead

Compensation : $25.10 hourlyResponsible for the coordination and completion of Revenue special projects and subprojects involving the planning, designing and implementation of financial policies, fee schedules, workflows, and inter-departmental processes as they relate to the revenue cycle. This position will be responsible for tracking progress, assigning deadlines and reporting back to management on the status of assigned revenue special projects.This is a Full-time, benefit eligible position. The schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. *Remote position open to Missouri residents.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – JOB SPECIFICLead the planning and implementation of assigned Revenue special projectsCoordinate with other billing directors and supervisors to ensure changes to policies and processes are implemented consistently and accuratelyLiaison with office managers and area VPs to ensure accurate processes and data collection occur at the beginning stages of the revenue cycleMaintain and coordinate all updates to all fee schedulesProvide analysis and review of reports over designated special projectsSee to the completion of all assigned special projects and ensure transition of ongoing monitoring and overview is in place with the affected staff and departmentsProvide feedback and support to the revenue department as neededOther duties as assignedMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS• High School/GED required• Bachelor’s degree preferredWORK EXPERIENCEAt least five (5) years experience requiredCOMPANY OVERVIEWCompass Health Network
