Manage quality control (QC) team and ongoing QC activitiesEnsure all QC laboratory activities are in compliance with Group14 safety programsManage and improve ongoing collection, analysis, and communication of QC lab dataDevelop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for QC systemsSupport manufacturing schedule by managing QC team resourcesEnsure QC laboratory testing follows standard operating proceduresSchedule round robin testing between QC laboratoriesEnsure nonconformances are created, QC root cause analyses (RCA) performed, and QC corrective and preventative actions (CAPA) are completedWorking knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and measurement systems analysis (MSA)Represent the company with customers, vendors, and certifying bodiesComplete advanced troubleshooting on instrumentation as neededChallenge process designs to ensure manufacturability, safety, and effectiveness of productsDevelop and deliver training materials as neededSupport product and process improvement projectsDevelop quality systems and review and challenge existing quality systemsCollaborate cross-functionally on quality issuesWhat We’re Looking For

10+ years of laboratory experience8+ years supervisory/management experienceStrong attention to detail and organizationExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong team player who effectively collaborates with internal departmentsOther Qualities We’d Love For You To Have

Experience with analytical techniques such as BET, pycnometry, TGA, TXRF, and particle size analysisExperience with ISO9001, APQP, PPAP and IATF 16949Experience in automotive quality systemsAdvanced degreeExperience with MasterControl and SAPGroup14 Offers Compelling Benefits

All positions come with a company bonus and stock options.
