9 am to 6 pm with 1 hour lunch on M, T, Th, F; 8:30 am to 5:30 pm on Wednesday. No nights, weekends, or holidays!The LPN will be responsible for:Prepping charts to review vaccination history and determining what vaccines patients are due for, referring to CDC schedule.Prepping for nursing visits.Conducting nursing visits for vaccines.Sending messages to providers to place orders ahead of nursing visits.Administering medications via oral, intramuscular, topical, inhaled, and rectal routes as ordered by a physician.Administering specialty pharmacy medications such as Synagis, Beyfortus, and Depoprovera.Location:

This position provides nursing care under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse and/or licensed physician, and is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others who are under his or her direction. This position observes, contributes to the plan of care, implements, reports, and documents patient care in accordance with department policies, standard of care, and state scope of practice.CORE FUNCTIONS

Observes, compiles, and reports the patient’s physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs.Contributes to the plan of care under the direction of a registered nurse, utilizing assessment data and patient, family, and health team input.Implements care based on delegated interventions identified in the care plan and medical orders, within scope of practice.Reports condition of patient, including signs and symptoms indicative of change in the patient’s condition to the registered nurse and/or physician.Documents observation, implementation, and data in the patient record.May coordinate the admission process including new resident evaluations.This position works under supervision, prioritizing data from multiple sources to provide quality care and support to the patient and family.
