Responsibilities
Direct all aspects of Cardiovascular operations.
Manage and mentor staff.
Develop and enforce policies and procedures.
Prepare and maintain accreditation.
Accountability for the program's budget and productivity.
Requirements
Current (or eligible) New Mexico RN license.
Minimum of seven years healthcare experience, with at least three years in a leadership role.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; MSN, Healthcare Administration, or MBA strongly preferred.
Experience in a for-profit hospital is strongly preferred.
Proven experience in building a team focused on quality initiatives.
Preferred Skills
Experience facilitating relationships with hospital providers.
Strong human relations and interpersonal skills.
Leadership, program development, budget and productivity management, and clinical experience.
Certification: BLS, ACLS required.
