Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled SAP WM (Warehouse Management) expert who is eager to expand their expertise into SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP WM and be passionate about growing their career by taking on new challenges in SAP EWM. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing our warehouse operations and transitioning to advanced EWM solutions.Key Responsibilities:SAP WM Expertise:

Lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP WM solutions to streamline warehouse operations and improve inventory management processes.SAP EWM Transition:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute the transition from SAP WM to SAP EWM, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to operations.Project Management:

Manage SAP WM/EWM projects from inception to completion, including requirements gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.Process Optimization:

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and productivity in warehouse operations.User Training and Support:

Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of SAP WM/EWM functionalities.Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure alignment of project goals with business objectives.Technical Responsibilities:System Configuration:

Perform detailed analysis of SAP WM/EWM modules to conform to business requirements, including setting up master data.Integration:

Ensure seamless integration of SAP WM/EWM with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP LE, SD) and external systems through interfaces and middleware.Batch Management:

Implement and manage batch management processes within SAP WM/EWM to enhance inventory traceability and quality control.Warehouse Processes:

Design and optimize inbound, outbound, internal warehouse processes (e.g., goods receipt, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, physical inventory).Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP WM/EWM configurations, customizations, and interfaces.Data Migration:

Plan and execute data migration activities, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) during system upgrades and transitions.Testing:

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and scripts to ensure system integrity and performance during upgrades, patches, and new implementations.Documentation:

Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and user manuals.Performance Tuning:

Monitor system performance and implement necessary optimizations to ensure efficient operation and minimize downtime.Experience:

Hands-on experience with SAP WM, including full-cycle implementation and support.SAP EWM Knowledge:

Basic understanding of SAP EWM with a strong willingness to learn and develop expertise in this area.Education:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Administration, Engineering, and related fields.Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Fluent English.
