We’re passionate about making a meaningful impact - touching the lives of millions and solving financial challenges in an ever-changing world.The PGIM Private Capital Fund Operations team is seeking a Treasury Analyst specific to the Direct Lending product. The Fund Operations team is a unit within PGIM Private Capital responsible for the financial oversight and reporting of multiple credit fund strategies and their limited partnerships. Currently, the team is responsible for five mezzanine funds, two mezzanine energy funds and two Direct Lending fund complexes (and associated separate accounts). The Direct Lending strategy within PGIM Private Capital is responsible for originating, underwriting, and managing a portfolio of privately placed leveraged loans for middle market issuers ($10-100 million of EBITDA). The Treasury Analyst will be expected to play an integral role in continuing to grow the strategy.What you will doProvide cash management support through cash analyses for deal fundings, subscription and leverage line borrowings/repayments, and capital call needs across various fund entitiesExecute cash settlements for expense invoices, forward contract settlements, and transfers between entities to position cash for deal fundingsAssist in management of multiple middle market direct lending debt facilities with thorough understanding of the related documentation and deliverablesPrepare, maintain, and submit all schedules/reports required under credit agreementsMonitor compliance to debt covenants/restrictions/thresholds for multiple debt facilitiesAssist in monitoring deal pipeline activity, deal funding/liquidity forecasts, and allocationsAssist with foreign currency hedging transactions, reconcile transactions and outstanding forward contracts with hedge counterpartiesAssist in loan rating process with various rating agencies and maintain databaseCommunicate with internal and external stakeholdersAssist the Fund Operations team in periods of peak demand and ad hoc projectsJoin a global operations team by working with staff located in Chicago, Newark, and IrelandWhat you will bring:1 to 3 years of accounting, audit, fund administration or operations experience in financial servicesExperience in a Treasury role (private credit firm preferred), custodian bank, administrative agent, cash and/or debt facility managementStrong Excel modeling & analysis skillsWhat will set you apart:Underwriting fund debt facilities at a bankKnowledge of Wall Street Office and Allvue (fka Black Mountain) systemsAbility to convey sense of urgency and to work productively with both internal and external business partnersStrong organizational skills including the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and adjust priorities as neededSuperior analytical skills, accuracy and careful attention to detail are essentialHigh-energy person who brings positivity, geniality, and optimism to workCritical thinking and problem-solving experience requiredPGIM welcomes all applicants, even if you don't meet every requirement.
