Our nurses deliver exceptional care across the continuum.Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territoriesDeliver 1:1 skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care in accordance with individual care plan, including administration of medication, wound care and treatmentsPerform client assessments, provide education to the patient and/or their family, and monitor the conditions of the patient.Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tabletCase management and coordination

Qualifications for a BAYADA nurse:Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diplomaCurrent CPR certificationMinimum one year RN experienceA current nursing license in good standing in the state
