We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Driven Insights and Analytics Manager to join the Clinical Trial Division at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute to our world-class organization.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership, coaching, and development to direct reports to enable their potential and amplify team output.Prepare concise high-impact analysis of complex client issues using systematic processes, tools, and templates.Manage client and topic specific initiatives that facilitate an efficient, customer focused response to exceptions.Develop enhanced reporting and analysis solutions that provide support for system projects and implementationsKeys to Success:To succeed in this role, previous experience in the order to cash process and a solid grasp of financial principles are essential. Attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to explain complicated situations to diverse audiences are crucial traits.
