We’re searching for someone who will play a crucial role in architecting, designing, and developing our web and mobile applications. You will be working closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality software that meets the needs of our customers. Your work will have direct impact on the stability and user experience of our platform.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expertise on the overall direction of company platforms, policies, and procedures to manage applications and application content.Work closely with product managers and designers to understand user requirements and design effective solutions.Work with management and senior developers to establish detailed plans and project completion targets.Collaborate with engineers to ensure smooth integration between frontend and backend systems.Implement best practices in React, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security.Continuously iterate and improve our offerings based on user feedback and data-driven insights.Collaborate closely with our backend team to integrate data and services seamlessly, ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience.Collaborate with the front-end and UX/UI design teams to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces.Write clean, maintainable, and testable code that adheres to industry best practices.Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with other team members.Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices to support front-end functionality.Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends and apply them to our product development.Understand the detail behind Momnt and our platforms architecture and how it can be used to assist our customers.Drive decisions that influence the product design, application functionality, and technical operations and processes.Able to work both in a team environment and as an individual contributor.Participate in requirements gathering sessions and be able to translate business needs into solutions.Perform other duties as assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification.Qualifications:5+ years of professional software development experience.Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.Strong expertise in server-side development.Experience with data visualization libraries.Knowledge of RESTful web services and API development, including authentication and authorization mechanisms.Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.Competency in JIRA, Lucid Charts, Figma, Google Suite and/or Microsoft applications.Experience with containerized applications (i.e. Docker, Kubernetes).Experience in the design, implementation and support of enterprise cloud environments - AWS preferred.Experience with Co-Pilot.Additional Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, mathematics, and statistics.Experience with Python is a plus.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Location:The preferred candidate will reside in Charlotte or Atlanta.Occasional travel to Atlanta for in-person team gatherings.Must be authorized to work in the US.
