Roles & Responsibilities:Work closely with wells team, production, and reservoir engineering teamsManage, interpret, and integrate data related to performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of well performance and reservoir managementWrite reports on investigations/findings in accordance with the scope and send for reviewCompliance check on reports in accordance with the scope and approveDatabase management using SharePoint and other Document Control DatabasesRequired Skills (Technical Competency):Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree from a recognized university in Petroleum engineering with a minimum GPA and above3-6 years’ experience in the upstream oil and gas E&P industryPrior experience leading a team of Reservoir Engineers/ Petroleum EngineersStrong analytical skills to evaluate critical operating parameters through data and trend analysisExperience on AFE (Authorization for Expenditure) is a mustExperience in reservoir surveillance, analysis, wells testing, and report writing
