Galliant is looking for passionate and highly skilled Assistant Clinical Director (BCBA) for our
Gretna, NE
clinic!

What To Expect:
Assist with the growth and development of Galliant's services
Develop individualized behavior intervention programs based on the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
Conduct all supervisory and program management responsibilities for families
Supervise, shadow and train RBTs working directly with clients
Provide education and training to parents participating in the parent training model of service delivery
Maintain regular contact with families and staff at appropriate times
Ensure appropriate implementation and maintenance of individualized ABA programs
Develop, monitor, and analyze individualized data measurement systems for each intervention program.
Regularly update programming and treatment plans based on data based decisions.
Follow up at regular intervals with families and staff to ensure successful implementation of interventions and instructional programs
Help families prepare for school meetings (i.e. ETR, IEP) and attend these meeting with families when needed
Lead large group trainings covering topics related to autism spectrum disorders and behavior management strategies
Collaborate with Training and Development Specialist to support training efforts, determine training needs, and roll out new training
Participate in and support community engagement
Assist Office Manager with creating a positive work culture and providing staff reinforcement
Support and train BCBA candidates and Care Managers
Who You Are:
Believes that effective ABA therapy is assent based, individualistic and customized
Master's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or related fields. PsyD's are encouraged to apply
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Excellent understanding and utilization of ABA
Advanced knowledge of autism spectrum disorders (ASD)
Experience implementing a variety of standardized assessments, including but not limited to Vineland Behavior Scale, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and EFL
Demonstrate ability to communicate with multiple funding sources and parents
Enjoys collaborating with RBTs and helping guide them in effective care for the client
