3+ years of HR experience–ideally within the hospitality/restaurant industryStrong HR Employee Relations and Compliance experienceProfessional HR Certification preferredExperience with Microsoft Office productsStrong employee relations and talent management experienceExpertise in critical thinking, communication skills (written & oral), and good judgementMust be fluent in both Spanish and EnglishHuman Resources Manager Responsibilities
Maintain all paper and electronic documentation regarding employee relationsAct as main POC for all benefit inquiriesProvide coaching and counseling to employees and management to resolve employee relation mattersAddress complaints from the team in a timely fashionMaintain knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation to ensure 100% complianceUp to 50% travel for visits and visibility within unitsSupport HR projects as neededAt Goodwin Recruiting, we are committed to our core values.
