As a Global Supply Chain Production Chemist, you will participate in the production of Flow Cytometry and Western Blot base polymers, fluorescent polymers, and/or polymers dot for conjugation. These polymers will be conjugated to different antibodies and used in various research labs and healthcare industries. Each process is unique and requires attention to detail. You will build a deep understanding of the polymer and polymer dot production process, and as part of the production process, follow the guidelines of safety policy, environmental, and OSHA regulations. You will maintain a set of up-to-date and accurate documents and inventory. You will also be involved in various troubleshooting processes and improvement processes.How You'll Make An Impact:Build the knowledge of the production processes to produce high-quality products consistently.Master the equipment applications and be able to raise any faulty behavior of the equipment.Share your observations and improvement ideas with the team and management.Work with the team to make the workflow effective.Utilize GMP, good documentation skills, and attention to detail.What You Bring:Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in chemistry or related field. An advanced degree is a plus.Work Experience: 4-7 years working in a general manufacturing environment formulating products in the areas of biological sciences, life sciences.Working knowledge of and application of principles, theories, and practices of the chemist profession.Good skills in GMP, GLP and have good organization, communication, multitasking, and computer skills.Experience in writing SOPs, Working Instructions, generating reports, and trending data.Total Rewards Package:

The estimated base salary range for this position is $73,400 to $101,000 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon the achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.Who We Are:
