This opportunity is full-time at 40 hours per week, offers full benefits and a convenient schedule.Wellington Regional Medical Center is located in Wellington, Florida. It is a 235-bed, acute care hospital, owned by a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, Inc., a highly respected healthcare management organization. Our mission is supported by our commitment to fair and ethical treatment for all.Directs the activities and provides innovative leadership in the area of Radiology/Imaging Services Cardiac Cath and Interventional/ Neurointerventional product lines. Assesses and determines the best course of action to recommend to Senior Leadership with the selection, procurement, and delivery of medical imaging staff, equipment, and related services. Ensures the department programs, policies and procedures comply with the Joint Commission and other regulatory and inspection agency requirements, guidelines, and standards. Develops annual goals and objectives related to supporting the growth and development of Imaging Services product lines in response to present and future needs. Develops and manages annual operational and capital budget of the Imaging Services Departments, under the guidance and approval of hospital administration. Participates in and coordinates, as needed, performance improvement initiatives. Practices Service Excellence at all times. Specific disciplines for oversight: Diagnostic Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, Cat Scan, MRI, Ultrasound, Special Procedures, Mammography, and the Cancer Center, Outpatient services, Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology and other assigned areas to ensure the facility meets the established standard of care.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required. Masters preferred.Acute Care Imaging Services Leadership ExperienceCath Lab and Interventional Radiology Leadership ExperienceNeurointerventional experience preferred.Current State of Florida license.Capable of exhibiting strong leadership presence throughout the organization related to all initiatives.Detailed clinical and operations experience.Demonstrated teamwork, written and verbal communication and analytical skills.Computer skills with proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
