The position requires a strong, well-rounded SAP technical leader to quickly learn the overall business and technology processes supported by the team while also eager to learn and grow skills within the SAP landscape consisting of SAP ECC, S/4, BTP (Business Technology Platform), and multiple SaaS solutions. Position requires hands-on development expertise along with solid integration and security knowledge.Position expectations include:Designing, configuring, and implementing SAP solutions to meet complex business challengesWorking directly with business and technical teams in assessing and providing technology supportUnderstanding multiple end-to-end business and technology processes to become a subject matter expertUnderstanding technical details, integration, and functions of SAP and non-SAP systemsEvaluating potential system enhancements and upgrades and influencing the product roadmapIdentifying and implementing process improvements and product simplification opportunitiesProviding technical or functional leadership for junior team membersEnsuring industry and technology best practices are followed for securing applicationsJob Qualifications:You have deep understanding of SAP S/4 and the modern SAP ecosystemYou have software configuration and development experience in areas of ABAP, CDS views, oData, Restful ABAP, CDS, user exits, BADI, BAPI, etc.You have experience working in SAP-Fiori/UI5, BRF+, WorkflowYou have deep understanding of technology best practices in areas of development and securityYou have experience in Test Driven Development (TDD) and Agile SCRUM methodologiesYou have excellent problem-solving skills and love to continuously learnYou are a team player and have well-developed verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsYou are dedicated, self-directed, motivated, proactive, and inquisitivePreferred Qualifications:10+ years hands-on SAP functional and technical experiencePrior experience with SAP ECC to S/4 migrations including system migration, cutover planning, and data conversionsSAP BTP experience in areas of system integration and clean core techniquesWorking experience in various data provisioning techniques provided by SAP HANA such as SLT, BODSNotes:The preceding description is not designed to be a complete list of all duties and responsibilities.
