Senior application engineer

We are in need of an Application Engineer supporting multiple SaaS applications utilized by IT and Finance teams. It requires a deep understanding of Agile Information Technology organizations, and a strong data-oriented mindset. There will be a heavy focus on realizing end-to-end integrations with the enterprise agile planning and work management tool, Apptio Targetprocess, and other IT tools, as well as tool configurations and customizations to support the needs of ever changing and maturing Agile teams. It will also involve enabling the Technology Business Management framework and practice by identifying, procuring, and integrating diverse IT-related data sets, leveraging the ApptioOne platform.Responsibilities

Required working knowledge and hands-on experience with 5 years of experience:Holistic data integration solutions including ingestion, cleansing, transformation, loading, testing & quality assuranceRealizing SaaS web application mashups & integrations from conception & design to testing & implementation and on-going supportProficiency with REST APIs & Webhooks, Javascript & JSON, XML, HTML/CSSAgile development practices, including Scrum and/or Kanban, managing work in an Enterprise Agile Planning toolOptimizing and automating workflows and business processesEffective communication & collaboration using Microsoft TeamsStrong self-management, problem-solving, troubleshooting, analytical, excellent oral and written communicationAbility to work both independently and in a team environmentPreferred Qualifications

Strongly preferred:Prior experience working with Apptio Products ApptioOne, Targetprocess, CloudabilityExperience in the development, maintenance, and administration of Technology Business Management applicationsSaaS application administration & configuration; particularly with an agile tool such as Targetprocess, Jira/Jira Align, Rally, Digital.ai (VersionOne)Familiarity with Cloud / FinOps practicesMicrosoft Power Platform including Power Automate & Power BI, power query M & DAXAdvanced or Expert Microsoft Excel including pivots, functions, importing & manipulating data
