ABOUT THIS ROLESt. Michael’s is hiring a
Computer and Information Systems Manager / Task Lead
to support a Department of Defense (DoD) client. As the Computer and Information Systems Manager, you serve as the principal point of representation and liaison with the government on operational program matters for the Planning, Programming, Budget and Execution System Management Information System (PPBES MIS) and financial applications. You will be in a client-facing role that will benefit from your leadership, program management experience, and expertise with the processes and systems used to support information systems in the DoD. will be paramount to this role as you will both lead and work as a contributing member to a team of specialists providing support across multiple information technology disciplines in our client’s Financial Management office.

ClearanceBachelor’s degree in computer or information technology or related field, such as engineering technologies; or 12+ years’ IT program manager experienceMinimum 10 years’ experience as Computer and Information Systems Managers (IT program manager)Recent and relevant experience (within the last three years) with Hyperion Enterprise Performance Management 11g and MS SQL Server.Certification: One of the following: Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), Oracle Essbase 11 Certified Implementation Specialist, or Oracle Hyperion Planning 11 Certified Implementation Specialist.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESServes as the principal point of representation and liaison with the government on operational program matters for the PPBES MIS and financial applications.Provide overall management of the contract.Plan and direct the work of database administrators, computer system engineers/architects, software developers, and data architects.Provides leadership, ensures conformance with performance requirements, and assists in the overall direction of all project level activities and personnel.Participate in Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings in an advisory and information-providing role.
