The Senior Engineer will oversee consulting projects in the following areas:Structural InspectionsReserve StudiesWater Intrusion InvestigationProperty Turnover SurveysConcrete RestorationPainting and WaterproofingAsset Life cycle Analysis (ROI)Property Conditions SurveysAsphalt Pavement EvaluationsDrainage, Erosion, and SettlementRoof Consulting & DesignExpert Witness ServicesSeawalls & Retaining WallsBuilding SciencesProject ManagementBuilding Envelope(O.A.R.) ServicesMilestone InspectionsPerform all other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager.Qualifications
BS Civil or Structural Engineering with 10+ years experience and registered PE licenseMust have experience with managing projects independently and leading a teamMust have experience in a minimum of three of the following areas: building sciences, roof consulting, forensic engineering, concrete restoration, commercial waterproofing, capital reserve studies, building facades and fenestrationMust be hands on and willing to climb roofs, crawl in tight spaces, etc.Must have the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively orally and in writing with other staff members and clients.Additional Information
