Their treatment options include both inpatient and outpatient, along with telehealth, detox services, medication assisted treatment, family care, and more.POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The new Clinical Program Director will serve as an integral part of the leadership team providing quality, compassionate care to patients suffering from drug and alcohol addiction in a residential facility setting.Specific duties of the role include, but are not limited to:supervise all aspects of clinical caresupervise case management, inpatient / outpatient treatment, and pastoral caresupervise counseling staffprovide ongoing performance feedback, leadership, and mentoringoversee lecture series and Alcoholics Anonymous orientation / educationlead performance improvement activities inclusive of clinical servicescollaborate with facility management to identify and implement improvement activitiesassist with the annual budget to ensure financial goals are being achievedcommunicate areas of concern to facility leadership as neededperform public relations activities and ensure facility is highly respected by referral serviceswork with the advisory board to promote the availability of treatment servicesThis position will supervise fewer than 10 direct reports and holds overall responsibility for the daily clinical functions of the facility.All patients are adults. The facility uses the Sunwave EHR system.REQUIREMENTS:
Master’s Degree, relevant field (or equivalent work experience)licensed counselor, social worker, psychotherapist, or therapist (LADC, LMHP, LCSW, LIMHP)independent licensure to diagnose and treat substance abuse disorder5+ years case management experience5+ years work experience in a residential setting2+ years leadership experienceHOW TO APPLY:
