Senior Financial Analyst
to join their team!The Senior Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in providing financial guidance to senior leadership while collaborating with various departments to support key financial goals. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with top-level executives to drive financial performance.Responsibilities:
Partner with finance leadership to prepare and present key financial reports, including monthly materials for executive reviews, quarterly forecasts, and annual budget plans.Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to analyze and interpret monthly financial data.Create reports and presentations for senior management and the executive team, providing actionable insights into financial trends and performance.Undertake special projects assigned by senior management that vary in scope and complexity.Continuously seek opportunities to enhance skills and deepen industry knowledge.Assist in streamlining and automating data management processes as needed.Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.Required Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.3+ years of experience in financial analysis or forecasting, preferably in private equity, consulting, or a large corporate setting.In-depth understanding of financial statements and 3-statement models (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow).Strong financial modeling skills.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to senior leadership and all levels of the organization.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; capable of handling complex tasks with minimal supervision.Advanced proficiency in Excel.Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.A proactive attitude towards learning and professional development.Perks & Benefits:
