Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing inquiries, interpreting contracts, and facilitating conflict resolutionProvide comprehensive information to current and prospective employees regarding policies, job roles, benefits, and advancement opportunitiesEnsure accurate documentation of personnel changes and maintain updated employee filesIdentify and mitigate legal risks, ensuring compliance with EEO, ERISA, and Wage & Hour regulationsOversee employee complaint processes to uphold fairness and consistencyManage all aspects of the staffing process, including pre-employment testing, interviews, and reference checksCoordinate new employee orientation programsHandle payroll processing and address benefit-related issuesCommunicate and implement policies and procedures aligning with company objectivesCollaborate with Division HR on succession planning and talent acquisition strategiesConduct employee training sessions on benefits enrollment, harassment prevention, customer service, and related topicsAnalyze turnover and compensation data for corporate reportingUphold employee confidentiality and respond to information requestsAdhere to safety and company regulations while performing dutiesMinimum Requirements
