The successful candidate will be responsible for profiling source data, ensuring data supports business and technical requirements, conducting ad hoc querying for investigations or scoping, and documenting technical requirements. This role is essential for ensuring efficient delivery of ETL code and analytical deliverables, ultimately supporting the expansion of our data warehouse and analytics capabilities.The Details:

This is a remote opportunity.In this role, you will be responsible for:Profiling source data via SQL queries to ensure it meets business and technical requirementsConducting ad hoc querying of data for investigations, troubleshooting, or project scopingDocumenting technical requirements such as source-to-targets or technical specifications for data integration and reporting solutionsCollaborating with ETL developers to ensure data is structured appropriately for reporting purposesWorking closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into effective data solutions for actionable insightsAssisting in the development of data models and ensure data accuracy and consistencyCreating and maintaining comprehensive documentation of data sources, structures, and processesParticipating in data validation and testing activities to ensure data quality and reliabilityProviding support to ETL developers by preparing data sets and performing data analysis as neededParticipating in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and backlog groomingContinuously monitoring data integrity and working to resolve any data quality issuesStaying current with industry trends and best practices in healthcare data analytics and data managementWhat we are looking for:

Between $90,000-$105,000 annually.
