is looking for a

Revenue Cycle DirectorResponsibilities:Operational Leadership : Direct day-to-day operations of the revenue cycle, including provider enrollment, claims, coding and charge entry, payments, credit balance, Government and Commercial insurance reimbursement, denials management, and self-pay management.Personnel management including hiring and performance management.Oversee cash receipts, daily deposits, and financial operations.Manage operational, financial, programmatic, and personnel activities related to revenue cycle.Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliant, timely billing and reimbursement practices.Strong collaboration with insurance providers.Analyze payer/provider contracts to ensure optimal charging and accurate reimbursement methodologies.Design, implement, and enforce consistent workflow management.Develop playbooks for each segment of the revenue cycle e.g., patient accounts, insurance billing and follow-up, coding/charging, payment posting, denials, etc.EPIC Electronic Health Record experience or certification preferred.Strategic Planning : Establish goals and continuously monitor objectives in alignment with the strategic goals of the organization.Financial Management : Develop and manage operational initiatives with measurable outcomes, establish annual financial goals, monthly cash forecasting, and actively use benchmarking to set annual targets in conjunction with the CFO.Compliance and Improvement : Ensure compliance with healthcare legislation, systems redesign to improve revenue, and/or reduce costs.Team Management : Assess personnel and fiscal implications of organizational changes and assist staff in the implementation of changes.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, Health Management preferred, or other college degree with three years of supervisory experience and five years of revenue cycle experience.Project management skills preferred.Exposure to CPT/ICD-10 coding and medical terminology.Demonstrated knowledge of Clinical Physician Billing.Strong computer skills required including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and the management of information systems.Demonstrated knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Blue Cross regulatory billing requirements.Strong organizational skills.Strong analytical skills required.Good communication skills.Job Type:
