They are committed to fostering a culture of open communication, teamwork, and personal development.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS of Data Science-Machine Learning role:Design, train, and implement machine learning algorithmsBuild, deploy, and maintain machine learning algorithms end to end.Designs machine learning and advanced analytics solutions, algorithms, and cloud architectures needed to satisfy product features and functionality defined by product owner and other stakeholders in a production environmentWill be working in software development life cycle.Assists in integrating subsystems such as data pipelines, AI/ML algorithms, API interfaces into end-user facing products.Working on daily scrums and supporting Scrim Master.Creates detailed documentation which describes methodology, relevant instructions, and test resultsSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESMay oversee other data science workers or contractors at times.Leading and managing data science and ml projects.SOFT SKILLSProven track record of leading cross-functional teams to successfully deliver complex data-driven projects.Fantastic problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex technical details into understandable business insights.Can see the overall picture and understand alternative approaches.Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS*Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate or AWS Certified Machine Learning are advantageous.Desired Skills and Experience-Bachelor's degree in a related discipline at minimum with 4 years of related experience.-The right candidate could also have a different combination, for example the candidate could have a masters degree with 2 years' experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 8 years' experience in a related field-Proficient in Python, machine learning libraries & frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)-Familiar with data processing and visualization tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI).-Expertise in advanced analytical techniques (descriptive statistics, machine learning, optimization, pattern recognition, cluster analysis, etc.)-Experience with Time-Series Forecasting Methods, Regression Models, Clustering/Dimensionality Reduction-Experience with cloud computing environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Data/ML platforms (Databricks, Spark).-Solid understanding of ML life cycle.-Experience in CI/CD Pipelines.Benefits:Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance15+ Days of PTO AnnuallyEducational Assistance availableAnnual bonus401(k) Matching Program
