Job Overview

Chugach is seeking a Subject Matter Expert 5 (Testing Coordinator) to support the US Coast Guard Acquisition team and provide day-to-day program support to NIWC. The position requires an experienced Testing Coordinator expert to support the project. This position will work out of the Charleston, SC area. Occasional travel may be required.Work Model: Onsite/Office-Based

Responsibilities

Essential Duties & Job Functions:

Plan and implement enterprise level testing of all installation projects. Ensure all projects are delivered on-time and satisfy all system operational requirements.Assist in defining project test objectives and deliverables, involving all relevant stakeholders while ensuring technical feasibility.Define tasks and required resources. Ensure resource availability and allocation.Develop detailed test plans to monitor and track progress and deliverables. Share test plans with stakeholders.Manage changes to testing scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.Measure test performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Report testing progress as well as problems and solutions to stakeholders and escalate as needed.Manage the relationship with all stakeholders. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties.Perform risk management to minimize project risks.Create and maintain comprehensive testing documentation.Meet with stakeholders and make detailed briefs and clarify requirements of projects.Delegate testing tasks as necessary. Track test performance to analyze successful completion of short and long-range goals.Work with technical teams to generate ideas for technical projects.Continuously improve the testing management toolkits and methodologies used. Recommend strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organizational outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs. Evaluate and assess results of completed projects. Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on various analysis.Ensure customer satisfaction through post-project debrief with clients.Document all estimates, project statuses, and project completion paperwork.Responsible for supervising up to twenty (20) people during the SCIF/EXCOM and Recapitalization testing cycles performing individual System Verifications testing.

Job Requirements

Mandatory:

US Navy or DOD class “A” school in a communications field.Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in supporting test director position for NIWC.Have or be able to obtain a SECRET Security Clearance; Top Secret may be required in the future.U.S. Citizenship.Experience in enterprise level project testing involving developing test plans, task tracking, coaching, leading teams, process improvement, planning, and performance management.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.Occasional travel may be required.Reasonable Accommodation:It is CGS, LLC business philosophy and practice to provide reasonable accommodations, according to applicable state and federal laws, to all qualified individuals with physical or mental disabilities.Equal Employment Opportunity:Chugach is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
