Lead Residential Electrician will plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, fixtures based on job specifications (able to read blueprints), and inspections for new construction, and light remodels.
Candidate must have knowledge of local codes and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Capable of training and/or leading a 2 to 3-man crew. Communicate with Builders, General Contractors, Project Managers and City/State Inspectors. Other duties/responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications: Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License and Valid Driver's License.
