FCS is seeking a Senior Leader who empowers and develops their staff and drives for strong results. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, is driven to get things done, delivers high-quality results, is precise, and that can manage multiple priorities. This position serves as the Controller and leads our Financial Operations Team. The successful candidate will be located in our Central Office in Jefferson City, Missouri. A hybrid work option may be considered after the initial training period. A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or related field; five years of financial management experience; and three years of supervisory experience are required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential function of the job. Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) is preferred. The salary range for this position is $93,000 to $161,900, however salary is commensurate with experience.
