We are seeking a skilled Journey or Apprentice Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. Requirements- Proven experience in electrical- Knowledge of commercial electrician practices and techniques- Familiarity with frame carpentry to assist in renovation projects- Ability to work on construction sites adhering to safety protocols- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Valid electrician license in the ND and MN within a year
Duties- Install and maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems- Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers- Identify electrical problems using various testing devices like ohmmeters- Repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using hand tools and power tools- Follow state and local building regulations based on the National Electric Code- Collaborate with construction teams to provide electrical expertise in building projects- Work on both low voltage (under 50 volts) and high voltage (over 600 volts) systems- Utilize knowledge of logic controllers for troubleshooting and maintenance tasks
