Clinical Therapist at Harborcreek Youth Services (Part-time positions also available)

Full time therapy work which includes individual, family, and group therapy in a trauma-focused psychiatric residential treatment facility for male youth. Work as part of a collaborative team of professionals committed to trauma-informed care in a beautiful campus setting. Our sprawling green campus provides options for therapy outside the office, including a therapy garden, orchard, recreation courts, labyrinth, and paved walking paths.

· Free Clinical Supervision toward Licensure

· Free continuing education to maintain licensure and certifications

· Weekly collaboration with Clinical Director, Psychiatrist, and Case Managers

· HYS pays for advanced therapy training – EMDR, Progressive Counting, DBT, Play Therapy, etc.

· EMDR trained therapists get free EMDR consultation to obtain EMDR certification

· Ability to flex schedule to accommodate personal appointments

- Monday through Friday schedule

- Salary $43,888

Qualifications -must have a master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related discipline and at least one year of experience providing counseling or therapy. Must have professional writing skills and ability to work well with treatment team members.

The Diana Screen® is a sexual risk screening tool used by HYS to screen candidates who are applying for staff positions. The Diana Screen® is administered on a computer in our office and takes approximately 30 minutes to complete. The Diana Screen® helps to ensure that ethical boundaries between children and adults are maintained. The Diana Screen® is used as one part of Harborcreek Youth Services’ overall application/interview/screening process.
