We are currently searching for an experienced Transportation Project Manager with 10+ years of relevant experience to support our Southwest Region located in San Antonio, TX.
What you'll be doing:
- Provide daily technical support to engineering staff
- Oversee engineering design teams
- Develop engineering schematic, plans, estimates, and details for various transportation projects
- Provide project management and engineering support project delivery
- Develop & monitor project scopes, budgets, and schedules for various transportation and mobility projects
What you need to have:
- B.S. or M.S. in Civil engineering
- Licensed Texas P.E. 10+ years of progressive transportation/roadway experience
- 3+ years of experience in management of engineering and support staff
- Relevant experience in Bentley Microstation & OpenRoads Designer (ORD) Roadway Design Software
- Experience in ProjectWise file management environment
- Ability to develop and implement detailed Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plans

Additional specialties for this role:
- Strong history and experience with TxDOT projects and programs
- Assist office leader with business development and marketing responsibilities
- Engage and participate in local and regional organizations that support the engineering and transportation industry
- Assist in development of project pursuit proposals and presentations
