You will lead initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity, aligning strategies with business objectives. In this role you will analyze feedback and diversity metrics, you will track progress, advocate for inclusion internally and externally, and play a key role in shaping John Deere's culture to empower a workforce that is engaged, inclusive, and innovative for sustained business success. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Alignment with Business Goals: Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure that engagement and inclusion efforts are aligned with the broader business strategy, ultimately driving organizational success and promoting a culture that values both employee well-being and business outcomes. Cultivating an Empowered Workforce Through Culture: Shape the company culture to empower an engaged, diverse, and innovative workforce by creating a supportive environment where employees are encouraged to contribute their unique perspectives and talents. Driving Employee Engagement and Inclusion: Leads the development and implementation of strategies for employee engagement while fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.   Analyzing Feedback and Inclusion Metrics: Collect and assess employee experiences and data analysis to understand progress and provide recommendations to the organization to enhance the workplace culture and support a diverse and inclusive environment. Managing Training and Awareness Programs: Oversee training programs that promote diversity and equity involves designing and implementing comprehensive initiatives to educate employees on the importance of inclusion for all in the workplace. Advocacy for Internal and External Inclusion: Advocate for inclusive policies internally and engaging with external stakeholders to position John Deere as a leader in fostering diversity, equity, and belonging both within the company and in the broader community.VISA Sponsorship is NOT Available for this positionWhat Skills You Need10 or more years of progressive relevant experience in areas such as employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and leadership development.  5 or more years of progressive leadership experience, successfully leading teams and initiatives related to fostering a positive workplace culture, promoting diversity and equity, and driving employee engagement strategies.  2 or more years of experience managing global people priorities.  Engagement & Inclusion Strategist: Successfully developed employee engagement and inclusion strategies with measurable results driven outcomes.  Leadership Collaborator: Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Leaders at all levels of the organization for business alignment.  Feedback Analyst: Expert in providing analysis of stakeholder feedback and providing recommendations for improved performance in identified areas.  Progress Tracker: Demonstrated ability to create dashboards and lead with data and analytics.  Inclusion Advocate: Advocate for Inclusion Internally and Externally.  Culture Shaper: Developed programs strategically designed to positively impact the organizational culture.  Technology Specialist: Demonstrated the ability to leverage technology tools and platforms to drive organizational initiatives effectively. Ability to travel up to 50%EducationBachelor’s degreeAdvanced degree (MBA preferred)What You'll GetAt John Deere, you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go while working in an inclusive team environment.
