The Tri-Cities market consists of 29 counties throughout Northeast TN, Northeast VA, Southwest VA, Western NC, and Eastern KY. This well-established employed group is seeking a Board Certified/ Board Eligible Endovascular Neurosurgeon . The group provides services to a Level I Trauma Center and Joint Commission accredited Advanced Comprehensive Stroke Center offering a full range of specialized medical care including a Stroke Intervention team supported by 2 Neurohospitalists, 2 inpatient Neurology APCs, 1 Neurointerventional APC and 4 Neurosurgeons. The Comprehensive Stroke Program manages 550 strokes annually. The candidate must be able to perform Neurointerventional care to stroke patients (thrombectomy, etc.) and endovascular coiling of aneurysms.
