Greater Charlotte Market is a large multispecialty Institute providing integrated inpatient and outpatient service line management of the adult medical and surgical cardiovascular patient. Heart and Vascular Institute has provided high quality patient centered care to the cardiovascular patient in Charlotte and the surrounding regions for over 35 years. Currently have over 70 providers in 6 offices serving 4 hospitals in the Charlotte area. Due to system growth and expansion we are recruiting for a BC electrophysiologist to lead our team of four experienced electrophysiologists to the next level as a referral EP center. Our clinical services include: -Non-invasive and interventional cardiology, cardiac imaging (CT and MRI), electrophysiology -Vascular surgery, endovascular procedures and cardiac surgery - Structural heart (TAVR, MitraClip, PFO and ASD closure, LA appendage closure, Watchman) The position requires high level skills for: clinical consultative cardiology and consultative electrophysiology. The candidate should have proficiency in all aspects of procedural electrophysiology including advanced device placement/ management to include revisions, and extractions, as well as invasive diagnostic and therapeutic EP procedures, including AF and VT ablations. Novel device implantations, CardioMems, and left atrial occlusion devices are a plus. In addition, the candidate needs experience in leadership and program development.
